AltSR has the ability to access your PC directly, as if we were there. This can be used to diagnose and fix problems as well as for training. Follow the simple steps bellow to begin your support session.

Step 1: Contact AltSR at (440) 967-9004 to arrange support.

Step 2: Click the button bellow to begin your support session.

Answer Open, Allow, and Run to any questions asked during the installation process. This will install a small program on your machine that is removed after the support session has ended. Support can only be initiated from your machine and you will see everything being done as it happens. You may end the support session at anytime.
